Objective of the Role
Reporting to the M&E managers, the Meeting & Events Porters are individuals who play a huge role in this department in keeping it functioning smoothly at all times.
- To offer the highest level of guest service in all Meeting & Events and Food & Beverage areas, ensuring the agreed standards are always achieved.
- To work as part of the team and being flexible with working hours.
- To ensure that the M&E areas have safe working practices at all times
- To ensure that you have an in-depth knowledge of your departments standard operating procedures, particularly room set ups.
- Experience working with customers
- An excellent command of the English language
- Excellent organisational skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Be a strong team player
