Job Description

Objective of the Role

Reporting to the M&E managers, the Meeting & Events Porters are individuals who play a huge role in this department in keeping it functioning smoothly at all times.

Key Duties

  • To offer the highest level of guest service in all Meeting & Events and Food & Beverage areas, ensuring the agreed standards are always achieved.
  • To work as part of the team and being flexible with working hours.
  • To ensure that the M&E areas have safe working practices at all times
  • To ensure that you have an in-depth knowledge of your departments standard operating procedures, particularly room set ups.

Requirements

  • Experience working with customers
  • An excellent command of the English language
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Be a strong team player
