To ensure customer satisfaction in the Meetings and Events function by providing efficient, swift, and courteous service. Overseeing set up, service and breakdown of conferences, meetings, conventions, and banquets based on event orders and guest needs.
- Experience in a supervisory role in an F&B or other hotel operations team.
