Duties will include management of the Human Resources function with responsibility for the implementation and delivery of the Human Resources plan at all levels of the business including training and development, talent and performance management along with recruitment and selection.
- A qualification in Human Resources Management or equivalent
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a Human Resources Management role preferably within the hospitality industry
- Outstanding communication/interpersonal and organisational skills
- A commercially minded individual
- Have a qualification in Human Resources Management
- Expert knowledge of employment law and HR best practice
