We are looking to recruit a friendly, dedicated individual who will quickly take up a leadership role within the Maintenance Team/Department. You will possess keen attention to detail and be looking for an environment in which to successfully demonstrate your managerial and organisational skills.
The ideal candidate will:
- Have 2+ years previous Maintenance/Facilities Management experience
- Be knowledgeable about fire, life and safety (FLS) standards
- Have in-depth knowledge of all legal building/electrical regulations
- Have excellent people management skills and ability to motivate the team
- Have excellent attention to detail
