Fusion are recruiting for an Executive Chef for a Hotel in Laois.
The Executive Chef will oversee the operational management of the kitchen and Team Members. This role is also a critical part of the overall hotel management team, so we are looking for someone collaborative with exceptional communication skills.
- Leading & Developing the team
- Creating, designing, and costing menus
- Ensure excellent and consistent quality in the kitchen
- Coordinate food preparation and presentation throughout service
- Ensure compliance with food hygiene and health and safety regulations
- Strong Leadership Skills
- Must have 2-3 years of similar experience in a 4-star setting.
- Must be up to date with and modern cooking
- Experience in a busy, high volume environment
- Must have a great eye for detail and be able to contribute to menu items.
