Fusion are now recruiting a Deputy Operations Manager for one of our hotel clients in Laois. This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate with 2 years previous hotel management experience.
Supporting the Operations Manager, the Deputy operations Manager will manage the day-to-day operations for all areas of the hotel, as well as motivating and leading all staff.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide support for all hotel operations, ensuring health & safety.
- To lead and support the management team ensure they are fully trained in all areas of the hotel and their specific departments.
- Ensure that all staff are consistently motivated and engaged
- Ensure the best level of customer care.
The ideal candidate will:
- Have 2+ years previous Management experience in a hotel.
- Have excellent people management skills and ability to motivate the team.
- Have excellent attention to detail.
