Job Description

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Conference and Banqueting Manager to join one of our hotel clients in Wexford.

We are looking for a C&B Manager with excellent team management and interpersonal skills and the ability to build and motivate their team to consistently deliver a high level of guest service.

Requirements

  • Previous management / supervisory experience in a hotel.
  • Proven leadership skills to lead and motivate a team
  • Competent IT skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with customers, clients, and staff at all levels
  • Good time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Ability to achieve and set high standards
  • Knowledge of health & safety and food safety
  • Self-motivated with a sense of own initiative
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
