We are looking for a C&B Manager with excellent team management and interpersonal skills and the ability to build and motivate their team to consistently deliver a high level of guest service.
- Previous management / supervisory experience in a hotel.
- Proven leadership skills to lead and motivate a team
- Competent IT skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with customers, clients, and staff at all levels
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Ability to achieve and set high standards
- Knowledge of health & safety and food safety
- Self-motivated with a sense of own initiative
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
