Fusion are currently seeking a Commis Chef for our hotel partner in Mayo.
The successful candidate will have a positive attitude and bring some flair and creativity to the kitchen.
- 2 years experience (ideal but not essential)
- Fully HACCP trained
- Carry out all Health & Safety, HACCP, and any other requirements that need to be adhered to
- Maintaining a high level of standards throughout the Kitchen, including all aspects of Food preparation and Stock Control
- Efficient operation of the kitchen to minimize waste
- Knowledge of portion control
- Comply with dietary requirements
