We are currently recruiting a Chef de Partie for an excellent opportunity with one of our hotel partners in Dublin.
Chef De Partie requirements:
- Assist the Head Chef/Sous Chef in the kitchen operation and ensure the reputation for food quality is maintained at all times.
- Assist in the preparation and cooking of menu items as directed
- Carry out smooth and efficient running of your section as appropriate.
- A minimum of 1 years experience in a similar role in a 4- or 5-star hotel
- Strong knowledge of HACCP principles
- Excellent communication skills
