Fusion are seeking an Assistant Conferencing & Banqueting Manager for one of our hotel clients located in Galway.
Reporting to the C&B Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the smooth running of the C&B department, organising and planning events and overseeing the food and beverage team to ensure guest expectations are met.
- A minimum of 1 year’s previous experience at Conference & Banqueting at supervisory level.
- Excellent food and beverage knowledge.
- Computer literacy.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, with fluency in the English language.
